What A Game! LSU 28 Florida 24

I think we finally learned something about this LSU team. They can play as #1 (first time in decades). They can beat a good team. They can come from behind. According to the AP poll they are a unanimous choice for #1. But are they capable of running the table at this point?
Kentucky lost to USC (South Carolina). That drops them into a tie with USC for the lead in the SEC East, although USC owns the tie-breaker. LSU goes to Kentucky to play them at home next week. LSU has games remaining against Auburn (who also beat Florida and is never an opponent the Tigers can afford to take lightly), at Alabama (emotions will run high in that game against former LSU coach Nick Sabin), and then two easier opponents (LA Tech and Mississippi) and end the season with “The Boot” trophy on the line with Arkansas coming into Baton Rouge. Will they make it? Or will they encounter a Stanford and drop one along the way?
At this point 7 of the SEC teams are ranked, and two more have been ranked at one point during the season. Both Alabama and Arkansas were top 25 teams (neither are now) and LSU plays them both.
What a wild season. I love it.
